VIP TENT RENTALS
TICKET DISCOUNT RATES
  • VIP Tent Rentals are included in most Special Event bundles, or can be added if availability allows. Rentals are booked on a first come, first served basis.
  • Partial Day: 3 hour time block, either from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM OR 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
  • These rentals are best for birthday parties, engagements, or milestone celebrations and give you and your party a chance to relax in the shade.
  • Full Day Rental: 10:00 AM -5:00 PM
  • These rentals are best for weddings or larger parties
  • 10-24 PERSONS - 10% off tickets when purchased together
    • $22.50/adult and $16.50/child
  • 25-50 PERSONS - 15% off tickets when purchased together
    • ​$21.25/adult and $15.30/child
Milestone Celebrations - $30/Adult $20/Child
  • Celebrating an anniversary, engagement, shower, or special event? We love a reason to party!
  • Includes General Admission
  • Includes a partial day private VIP tent rental (3 hour time block, either from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM OR 2:00 PM -5:00 PM)
  • Reserved Seating at the last Chessboard – Wrath of the Red Queen, with a special customized announcement 
  • Add a cake cutting ceremony for an extra $5 per person

    • More drinks can be purchased separately

  • Meet and Greet with festival characters
  • Reserved Seating at the last Living Chessboard show, with wedding announcement
  • Placement in Procession (Parade around festival)
Royal Wedding - $65/person
