COVID POLICY
  • An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By visiting the Orlando Renaissance Festival,  you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure of COVID-19. The will be no COVID-19 precautions in place, however we ask if any guests are feeling under the weather to please wear a mask or consider staying home.
SMOKING POLICY
  • The Orlando Renaissance Festival has designated smoking areas. All smoking, including vapes, is permitted only at these locations. 
SPECIAL NEEDS - WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY 
  • The Orlando Renaissance Festival takes place in a large grass field. There are no paved pathways, but lanes will be wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs with the crowd. We cannot promise accessibility within individual vendor spaces. There are also handicap accessible porta potties.
PARKING
  • Parking is free - please follow the signs.
RE-ENTRY POLICY
  • When entering the Orlando Renaissance Festival you will be given a wristband that allows reentry into the festival for the day of your purchased ticket.
BATHROOMS
  • The Orlando Renaissance Festival has a number of porta-potties including handicap stalls all with nearby accessible handwashing stations.
TICKETS SOLD AT FRONT GATE
  • Yes! The Orlando Renaissance Festival has a ticket booth and will-call located just outside the festival entrance.
ARE TICKETS DATE SPECIFIC?
  • No they are not, only Pubcrawl tickets are date/time specific! You can also purchase season tickets here!
DOES THIS FESTIVAL ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS
  • The festival accepts credit cards at the ticket booth. Vendors within the festival may or may not accept cards on an individual basis. We will have ATMs on site, but we also recommend our guests bring some cash with them.
ATMS?
  • There will be multiple ATMs available on site.
PROP WEAPONS & FIREARMS
  • Weapons will be peace tied (this does not include foam weapons). No firearms of ANY kind, even prop firearms are prohibited. All other PROP weapons must have a sheath or some other covering for the blade. Bows can be carried, but no arrows will be allowed even in a quiver.
WEATHER POLICY
  • We operate rain or shine. No refunds for weather
PHOTO & VIDEO POLICY
  • By purchasing a ticket you have consented in letting ORF use your likeness in any pictures or videos taken by the Festival to be used in marketing and promotional materials.

AGE LIMIT FOR TICKETS
  • Children 2 or under are free. Ages 3 -12 are $15. 13+ require an Adult ticket at $20
GROUP DISCOUNTS
  • If interested in group ticket sales, please contact the Festival directly at [email protected]
MILITARY OR SENIOR DISCOUNT
  • Active and retired Military, Senior Citizens, and Students will receive $2 off, but they must show a valid relevant ID. This discount is only available for purchase at the ticket booth in person. That way the ID can be verified.
FESTIVAL OPERATION HOURS
  • We are open December 7, 8,14, & 15th, 10am - 5:30pm.
HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS FOR ADMISSION?
  • Adult Day Passes are $20/person - Season Passes are $65/person
  • Child Day Passes are $15/child - Season Passes are $45/child

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
  • No pets are allowed at the Orlando Renaissance Festival. Service animals are permitted. All service animals must meet the Federal ADA guidelines. According to the ADA, only dogs can be designated as service animals. Emotional support animals Do Not enjoy the same rights. They are not allowed into the festival. All other animals and pets are prohibited. Service animals MUST remain on a leash or harness and under the control of the owner at all times. The ADA does not require that all animals be accommodated at all times. The ADA guidelines stipulate that the dog must be leashed or under strict verbal command at all times. Even if the dog is a service animal, we are not obliged to accommodate the animal if these guidelines are not met.
